Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or system errors are not valid and will not be honored. hollywoodbets is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

In any event, hollywoodbets's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hollywoodbets account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
